1. Data Collection and Use (Including HEALTH Data): ZynCal is a calorie tracking and AI diet application. To provide personalized nutrition plans, we collect specific HEALTH data, including your weight, height, age, gender, and dietary preferences. This health data is processed strictly for the core functionality of generating your diet goals and is never sold to third parties or used for unrelated advertising.

2. Data Retention: We retain your personal and health-related data only for as long as your account remains active. This is necessary to maintain your diet history and progress over time.

3. Data Deletion: You have complete control over your data. You can request the total deletion of your account and all associated health records at any time. To do this:

  • Navigate to "Settings > Delete Account" within the app, or
  • Send an email to `support@zynforge.com` with the subject "Account Deletion Request". All your data will be permanently erased.
